Kitchen: off the dining room modern and well-equipped with electric double oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: off the kitchen with washing machine tumble dryer separate WC and access to the rear garden. Outside: private enclosed garden with well maintained lawn patio seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels wi-fi electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. 2 cots without linen and 2 highchairs available.
